What should I bring to class?

How soon after birth can I start Pilates?

  • We recommend getting medical clearance from your physician before resuming physical activity post-pregnancy. In our experience that typically happens at around 6 weeks postpartum (up to 10 weeks post cesarean.)

 

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

  • No prior experience required! Our sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you are a beginner or advanced!

 

Are classes suitable during pregnancy?

  • Our private and small group sessions are pregnancy safe. Ensure you alert your instructor well before your class. We recommend starting with Private 1:1 sessions to optimise your pilates experiences.
