How soon after birth can I start Pilates?

We recommend getting medical clearance from your physician before resuming physical activity post-pregnancy. In our experience that typically happens at around 6 weeks postpartum (up to 10 weeks post cesarean.)
Do I need prior Pilates experience?

No prior experience required! Our sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you are a beginner or advanced!
Are classes suitable during pregnancy?

Our private and small group sessions are pregnancy safe. Ensure you alert your instructor well before your class. We recommend starting with Private 1:1 sessions to optimise your pilates experiences.
