​At Nurtured Movement NYC, we believe mindful movement is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with your body. When you take time to move with intention, your mind feels clearer, your body feels stronger, and you walk away more grounded. Giving yourself that time isn’t just self-care—it supports you in showing up as the parent you want to be.
That is why we have designed an inclusive movement class which allows you to workout while your baby is right beside you.

The Mama & Me sessions offer a safe, supportive space to rebuild strength, restore balance, and connect with both your body and your little one.

Each class is thoughtfully designed to:

Post-Natal Safety Policy

First 12 weeks Post-Birth
Prior to commencing Mama & Me classes, you must have received written permission from your obstetrician, GP, or midwife. Please provide a copy to your instructor.

First Session
For your first session, we highly recommend scheduling a private session prior to commencing group classes.

Group Classes
​We want to ensure the safety of all participants. You must receive verbal permission from your instructor prior to moving forward to regular classes.
